Key Terms for Working With Us
These Terms of Service apply when you request quotations, place orders or work with Farah Gostar Co. Ltd for solar or water pump solutions.
1. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on information provided at the time of inquiry and are normally valid for a limited period stated on the quote. Prices may change due to currency, manufacturer pricing or transportation cost changes, but we will always confirm pricing with you before you place an order.
2. Orders & Deposits
Orders are confirmed when both parties agree in writing (for example by signed quotation, purchase order or written confirmation via email/WhatsApp) and any required deposit is received. Deposit and payment terms will be clearly stated on the quotation.
3. Delivery & Installation
Estimated delivery and installation dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs, transportation or security conditions. We will communicate any significant changes and work with you to adjust schedules where needed.
4. Warranty
Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturers and vary by product type (for example panels, inverters, batteries, pumps). Our installation workmanship warranty and the main warranty terms will be explained in your quotation or contract. Warranty is subject to proper use and regular maintenance.
5. Limitations
We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or environmental conditions beyond normal design limits (for example floods, severe storms, or grid problems). Detailed limitations may be included in your project documentation.
